I was lucky to have enough downtime during yesterday’s wedding to sneak out of the venue and capture this photo. The sunset was just too good to not use the opportunity. This exceptionally beautiful building in Riverside, NJ looked absolutely amazing illuminated by the day’s last rays of light. I got thePhantom 4 out of the bag and thanks to its super portable design I was ready to fly in less than two minutes. It took me only 8 more to get in the air and capture a sequence of 12 auto-bracketed images (5 exposures each for a total of 60) and that is definitely partially thanks to a super fast Mini SD card that I ended up using, the SanDisk Extreme Pro (you can see my SanDisk EXTREME PRO 64GB (95MB/s) that I ended up using, the SanDisk Extreme Pro (you can see my comparison test of three Mini SD cards)”>comparison test of three Mini SD cards).
The final image was processed using the free Lightroom preset I created and made available on this website. For the detailed description of my entire workflow please check out the book I wrote. It provides step by step directions to creating similar looking images with your drone! Most of all please fly safe wherever you are and always mind wildlife and other human beings around you!
