Mini SD cards test with Phantom 4

Mini SD cards test with Phantom 4

Can a better/faster SD card give you more time in the air and less waiting for photos to save? Watch and see the results of my test. Personally, I was quite shocked to discover how big the differences can be. There’s a reason why Mini SD cards are not priced all the same. Tested in this video:
SanDisk EXTREME PRO 64GB (95MB/s) – great storage capacity and the fastest of all three tested. I highly recommend this card!
Lexar 633x 64GB UHS-I/U1 – just slightly behind the SanDisk Pro Extreme in writing speed but considerably less expensive. Get if you are looking for high performance on a budget.
SanDisk Ultra 64GB MicroSDXC Class 10 UHS – the slowest but also least expensive. I would recommend getting this card only if you are aiming at taking single photos with your drone and are not interested in recording 4K video.

32GB versions of all three cards:
SanDisk EXTREME PRO
Lexar 633x UHS-I/U1
SanDisk Ultra 32GB
